Our growing company includes seven restaurants that not only work hard and take pride in nurturing our relationships with our employees and our guests, but we also seek out and work just as hard developing valuable and long lasting relationships with many local farmers and purveyors. Dorado Tacos
Dorado Taco was started in Boston in 2009 by a San Diego chef and a San Diego entrepreneur who came to together to develop a concept serving the best fish tacos on the east coast. Fleisher's Grass-Fed & Organic Meats
Part of our mission is to educate the public in the art of butchery; to this end we provide training and apprenticeship programs designed to educate both producers and consumers in the ways of sustainable consumption through the craft of nose-to-tail butchery. Our flagship location in Kingston is home to our butcher apprenticeship program for aspiring chefs, butchers, and curious foodies alike; our newest location in Park Slope provides pasture-raised and organic meats to New York City residents.
Garden of Eve Organic Farm & Market
Garden of Eve farm, founded in 2001 by environmental advocates Chris and Eve Kaplan-Walbrecht, is dedicated to providing delicious organic vegetables, fruits and beautiful flowers and to "making changes in the world by living them." Eataly New York is the city’s largest artisanal Italian food and wine marketplace, housing six restaurants scattered over 42,000 square feet of retail space. In our market we sell the same products used by our chefs; cured meats, olive oils, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, meat and fish. The Uptown
We are a seasonal greenmarket restaurant in the Adirondacks, in a small town on northern Lake George. Our ingredients are sourced locally – very locally, foraged even. Sterling College
Sterling College is a very small liberal arts college located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, where Sustainable Agriculture is currently the most popular major, and a new summer semester program in food systems - Vermont's Table - attracts students from other colleges and universities. The on-campus Sterling Farm produces about 20 percent of the food served in the Sterling dining hall, and all students are responsible for farm chores.
University of Gastronomic Sciences
The University of Gastronomic Sciences was co-founded in 2004 by the international non-profit Slow Food, aimed at developing a new professional figure—the gastronome—skilled in the cross-disciplinary aspects of food production, distribution, promotion, and communications. We're currently accepting applications for our second annual class of service members to dedicate one year of full-time public service in school food systems expanding hands-on nutrition education programs, building and tending school gardens, and sourcing healthy, local food for school cafeterias.

Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture
At Stone Barns Center we offer dozens of programs for adults and families to learn from our farmers and establish better connections to what we eat and how we can farm in better harmony with our environment. Through our children’s education programs, we give thousands of kids the opportunity to get their hands dirty and see where their food comes from.
