Job description
ABOUT
Community Farm Connection is a relatively new non-profit organization. It was incorporated in 2007 to address issues of small farm viability and local food system security. Since 2008, CFC has developed three main market-building programs, Farmhouse Table Local Foods Market, Farmhouse Table CSA, and Farm-to-Chef. These programs were designed to create additional outlets for small farm products and improve access to local food for residents of NCW. CFC has recently added two new programs, an educational series, Around the Farmhouse Table, and a gleaning program, Community Harvest.
Over the years, CFC has developed an enthusiastic clientele and growing community support. As a young and agile organization, CFC is able to quickly adapt to the changing needs of small farms and take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves.
