Clark Wolf Company: Clark Wolf Company is a food, restaurant and hospitality consulting firm. Clients include independent restaurants and restaurateurs, hotel and gaming companies, specialty food stores, food and beverage producers, public relations firms, real estate developers and accounting firms.

Requirements: Two to four days a week commitment, depending on activity.

We require that applicants possess:

· A significant professional interest in food & restaurants

· Facility with professional correspondence and communication

· An undergraduate degree

· A broad range of computer skills

· Any related experience

Responsibilities: While not limited to this list, the Assistant to Clark Wolf may be responsible for any or all of the following:

· General officework (phones, filing, memo & letter typing, faxing, travel arrangements, etc.)

· Scheduling

· Light billing

· Cuisine and menu research and editing

· Industry and consumer publication culling and review

· Food, Retail and Tabletop research

· Maintaining client contact database

· Food-related special events organization

Initial Compensation: DOE

Time Requirements: Approximately 6-7 hour days
