FOH Staff:
Servers, Bartenders, Hostesses, Captains, Matre’D and Back Server and bar backs: With 2 years minimum experience in the city of New York, with extensive wine knowledge and experience in French/ Latin Cuisine in a High volume operation. For Servers and Bartenders knowledge of (Aloha or Aldelo), availability on weekends and holidays a must.
BOH Staff
Interns from the culinary institute are welcome. Sous Chef With experience in Mediterranean Cuisine, Cook, Line cook, Prep, Salad , Dish Washer and Back of the house Manager.
