Pasture Management, Inc, seeks an Operations Manager to join its team in Brooklyn.

We run 2 restaurants (egg and Parish Hall) and a small Catskills farm (Goatfell Farm). The company is filled with people who love food, who are eager to create meaningful change in the foodsystem, and who need an Operations Manager to help make that change effective.

The operations manager will work closely with the owner and the management team to oversee the following areas:

• Project management
• Human resources
• Compliance
• Finance & Business Planning

The successful candidate will have a love for food, farming, and people; a head for numbers; a passion for detail; a background in or strong capacity for project management; and some experience in restaurants. Familiarity with spreadsheets programs and QuickBooks is important; familiarity with restaurant operations software (Micros, OpenTable) would be helpful.
