siggi’s yogurt is seeking a Finance Assisstant.

We are looking to hire a motivated and ambitious self-starter with exceptional communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with strong communication skills and solid math skills.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Act as primary contact for our customers and vendors
· Receive and enter orders
· Coordinate product shipments
· Manage billing for Accounts Receivable and invoicing for Accounts Payable
· Monitor and organize expense items
· Assist Finance team

College degree and authorization to work in the US is required. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is a plus. Must have ability to manage multiple projects in the fast changing environment of a rapidly growing business. Working knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks preferred.
