Requirements:

• Experience with Quickbooks
• Ability to perform data entry efficiently and accurately
• Proficiency and comfort with numbers
• Comfort with a PC, Mac, Excel, Windows, and the internet
• Preferred experience in the industry or with food production companies and dealing with various revenue/expense channels

Duties:

• Customer invoicing
• Processing AP/AR: processing invoices & bills, recording AR payments, reconciling vendor statements and check printing
• Processing payroll
• Database management
• Inputting sales from various revenue channels
• Entering bank activity
