Requirements:

Experience with Quickbooks

Ability to perform data entry efficiently and accurately

Proficiency and comfort with numbers

Comfort with a PC, Mac, Excel, Windows, and the internet

Preferred experience in the industry or with food production companies and dealing with various revenue/expense channels
Duties:

Customer invoicing

Processing AP/AR: processing invoices & bills, recording AR payments, reconciling vendor statements and check printing

Processing payroll

Database management
-
Inputting sales from various revenue channels

Entering bank activity
