ABOUT CBF
Consider Bardwell Farm is a nationally known creamery and dairy farm located in West Pawlet, VT, which is undergoing expansion. Our cheeses have won multiple international awards and are featured in many of the nations top restaurants, retailers, and markets. We hand make cheese from milk from our own herds of goats and cows, as well as milk from our local partner farms.

POSITION

Join the team of cheese makers at Consider Bardwell Farm. We seek a career oriented, experienced candidate who knows the fundamentals of cheese making and aging, whose goal it is to be part of an established creamery by applying your skills to our line of cheeses.

• Creamery Cleaning
• Cave Work / Affinage
• Marketing and Sales Support

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

• Prior professional cheese making experience
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
• Familiarity with GMP and HAACP
• Dedication to local food and farming
