At Plated we're changing the way America eats and re-connecting people to their food, one plate at a time. We are expanding into the Chicago market very soon and are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Professional kitchen/production experience
• Working knowledge of the food industry
• Experience ordering product
• Experience managing, hiring & scheduling employees
• Ability to work and produce independently
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Must have an operating car
• Ability to lift 50-LBS
• Up to date ServSafe certification by the time we launch in Chicago
