Job description

Baked, a popular and award winning bakery in Red Hook Brooklyn is seeking a full time Baker. Duties for this position include preparing a wide variety and large volume of classic American desserts including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, brownies, pies and other specialty or media related items as needed. Candidate should be able to work on several recipes at once with speed and precision. Previous baking experienced is preferred as is the ability to order ingredients and create production lists if the need arises. Shifts start both at 5am and 7am and will include weekends. Opportunity to work with a Top Chef Just Desserts alum.
