About the position:
Our client, a growing international food business seeks a financial analyst and strategic planning consultant to complete business planning activities for hotel/food operations in Belize, Uruguay and United States. In addition to catering to hotel guests, the company creates value added products and has agrotourism programs in each location. Project duration anticipated to be 3 months with the potential for a long-term position.
Project Details

Develop business model for joint ventures with leading branded food partners for growing and production of joint venture beverage and confectionery products

Develop restaurant plan for multiple restaurants as part of Uruguay resort development

Develop plan for value added food products in U.S., Uruguay and Belize
Qualifications

Undergraduate degree

3+ years of financial and strategic planning work

Passion for artisan food and quality meat products preferred
Compensation
Monthly stipend based on experience. All travel expenses to project sites included.
