Job Description About Us:

The Recirculating Farms Coalition supports building eco-friendly farms that use clean recycled water to grow local, accessible fresh food and create stable green jobs.

We are a small non-profit organization that promotes eco-friendly farming, local healthy food, and jobs insustainable business. We craft quarterly newsletters, press releases, op-eds, LTEs, magazine articles, blogs and more. 

Position Description:

We need someone who can write and pitch material to media too.

Prior experience working on environmental issues required. You need not work from our office - telecommuting is encouraged - but we'd particularly like to work with someone in or near New Orleans, so we can be in touch in person as well as by phone and e-mail.

This is a paid internship, based on experience, and is likely to become a long-term arrangement and possibly even a salaried position in the future.
