This is a fast-paced role in a retail environment. As a Relationship Specialist, you will:

• "Own" 2-7 stores and demo Just Mayo in each location at least once per week.
• Build strong relationships with employees and connect with each customer who walks in the store.
• Represent Hampton Creek at unique events in your region.
• Use your network / social media to spread the word about our innovative products and make sure jars fly off the shelf!

This is an independent contractor position. Pay is hourly with a bonus for meeting sales goals at each location. All training, gear and ongoing mentorship is provided. A joyful and strong work ethic will be rewarded with opportunities for rapid career advancement.
