Homestead Meats – Evanston first locally sourced meat shop is looking for experienced and creative butcher. Can be a full time or a part time. At Homestead Meats we source from small family-owned Midwestern farms. We practice a whole animal butchering and make unique fresh meats, deli meats, sausages and charcuterie. If you are enthusiastic about joining this new and exciting venture and knowledgeable in butchering as well as cooking- Lets talk.
