Job Description
We are looking for talented cook/chefs to join our team, teach classes, help out on shoots and just be a part of great and exciting things.
This is a freelance position with events and shoots throughout the month but on an irregular basis. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate, driven, and focused on interacting with a food community. There is much opportunity for growth with a young and budding enterprise.
The proper candidate is young, energetic and as food obsessed as we are. We cook simple, good, wholesome food with an emphasis on seasonality and an integrity to our ingredients. The right candidate will be comfortable teaching and guiding a group of students in an interactive cooking environment, and also have the technical expertise to cook for seated dinners.
Sociability, punctuality and reliability are a must.
Opportunities include:
Instructors: teaching 15-20 students
Cooking for Private Dinners: up to 40 guests
Food Styling for in house shoots
