Job Description Levain Bakery Production Positions  

We have two production positions, one available immediately, which includes more bread and one soon, which includes less bread and more pastry & quick breads.  

For both positions you should have professional baking experience.   You should be comfortable in a busy professional kitchen but enjoy interaction with your co-workers and customers.  Ideally you would have some retail experience in your past.  

Most importantly for both positions you should enjoy being part of a team and ideally want to be a team leader in the near future.   Being a team leader means hearing and seeing everything, answering questions, directing staff, knowing how to purchase supplies of all kinds.   We all like working and enjoy each other, which makes the days more fun.
