Job Description Farm Fresh To You is an innovative Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) home and office delivery business that provides fresh, local, organic produce to consumers. Summary

Facilitates the Customer Service quality assurance program and provides support to the Customer Service team by performing the following duties.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.  
  • Will work closely with business units within the company fostering strong relationships with all team members.
  • Responsible for implementing new policies and procedures related to harvest to ensure consistent supply chain communication.
  • Partners with harvest management in helping them reach their cost goals.
  • Responsible for maintaining the harvest records related to projections, yield and yield curves.
  • Responsible for updating the daily harvest schedule and communicating these changes to others business units in the company.
  • Shares responsibility, with the harvest and production team, for providing the 3 week and 12 week projections.
  • Experienced and dedicated to the modern ethic of organic and sustainable agriculture.  
Basic Qualifications  
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of cost drivers.
  • Must be highly analytical and be detail oriented.
  • Expert level Excel skills required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Must be flexible and be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Strong agricultural background and comfortable being in the field environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along and work effectively with others is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Fosters a spirit of cooperation and a positive work environment.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Excellent observation skills.  
 Educational and Background Requirements  
  • Bachelors in Agricultural Program.
  • 5 to 7 years of crop and harvest planning in a long harvest season environment.
