Job description
OXO was founded in 1990 with the introduction of 15 OXO Good Grips kitchen tools. It has since grown to over 850 products, including cooking, storage, cleaning, office and organization tools. OXO recently introduced a line of baby and toddler products as well. Each was developed based on the concept of Universal Design (also known as Inclusive Design), a philosophy of making products that are usable by as many people as possible. A portfolio of tools that are easily and comfortably usable by a large spectrum of people, including those with dexterity limitations, translates into a large target market for the company's products. As a result, OXO's compound annual growth rate since launched is over 27%, and its products are sold in over 56 countries.
Reporting to the Category Director, the Marketing Assistant will be a member of the OXO Product Development department.
This entry-level position will focus on the baking, measuring and hydration product categories.
Specific responsibilities include:

inputting and maintaining product data,

assisting in trade show coordination,
-
assisting with testing competitive products,
-
reviewing product idea submissions,
-
assisting product managers and engineers with the product development process,

communicating with designers and manufacturers, *interacting with Domestic & International Sales, Quality, Brand Communications, Public Relations, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Legal and Art Departments
Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent

Enthusiastic and self-starter
-
Ability to prioritize/juggle projects and multi-task

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong writing skills *Ability to work with teams

Attentive to detail Deadline oriented
