Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out specific place-based residential /day farm and nature activities such as doing animal chores, cooking and gardening, taking nature hikes, working with traditional crafts, forestry and woodworking.
- Helping in efforts to create, promote, develop, and execute new programs.
- During the summer months, (June through August) acting as one of two Camp Managers and works directly under the Director of Summer Camps to implement all aspects of either the House or Field Residential Summer Camps.
- Undergraduate degree, with a minimum of 3 years of educator experience in the field of residential farm and nature education and/or outdoor education;
- knowledge of or background in Biodynamic Agriculture and Waldorf Education.
Hours: Roughly 9 working hours per day/45-50 hours per week. Some weekend work is expected. Compensation this position is How to apply
