Ideal candidates will be used to working in a fast paced environment, be well-organized, and share the same passion for working with quality, local produce and ingredients as our exceptionally talented bakery team. A background in French cuisine and experience working with a natural wood broiler would be advantageous, as would experience working in sauté or pantry stations.
The nightly menu will be created by our Executive and Sous Chefs, highlighting small plates, salads, pastas, and entrées and incorporating the spices, ingredients and cooking traditions unique to the Mediterranean region, with accompanying beer and wine selections.
