Job Description
Emmy’s Pickles and Jams was founded in San Francisco in 2010. We offer artisan pickled vegetables and preserved fruits, sourcing our produce exclusively from local, organic farms.
Our products are all made in small batches using only seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Since opening we have moved our production facility to Emerville, CA - just across the bay from SF.
We are looking for someone to help us in the kitchen with cold prep and packing.
The job includes chopping fruit and vegetables, sorting produce, sterilizing jars, packing jars, washing dishes, and organizing the kitchen.
Must have kitchen experience, be able to lift 40 lbs., and able to be on feet for 8 hours a day.
Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are very imprtant.
The job is part-time - 3 days a week.
