Gastronomie 491 the acclaimed market/cafe hybrid on the Upper West Side seeks a cheesemonger to work part time helping to manage our incredible array of cheese and charcuterie and beer and introduce these wonders to our customers. Cheese or beer experience is helpful but not a dealbreaker, though food biz experience is a must.
