Our Commissary Manager will have a few years of involved production kitchen experience in their repertoire, may or may not have started as a dishwasher when he/she was fifteen and worked their way up, and is as comfortable enforcing health and safety regulations he or she is with the five mother-sauces.

We are looking for someone who is as passionate about our mission as we are, and who has the stickler-for-procedures chops to run our production facility, and sell more vegetables.
You will:
● Work directly with our Food and Beverage Director, Food Team and crewmates.
● Enforce sanitation and health regulations throughout our commissary ensuring total safety for our employees and proper food handling.
● Believe that setting the groundwork starts with good training on recipes and best practices.
● Believe that, second to training, comes safety and sanitation.
● Work collaboratively with a passionate team in a fast-paced, start-up culture.

● You are super intelligent, passionate, hard working and outgoing

● You you are your own biggest critic.
● You have a Food Handler’s Certificate and have the material down so well that you count proper temp times rather than sheep to go to bed at night.
● You always ask why and you don’t stop peeling back the onion until you find the answer.
● You believe that details matter and you sweat the small stuff, because you understand that this is what separates the winners from everyone else.
● You love food, you love people, and you care about changing the way we eat.
