We are currently seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join our team. You should be passionate about food, a team player and someone who can contribute to helping drive subscriber acquisition though marketing support, planning and execution for our business. He/she should be metrics driven and will seek to improve upon KPIs by acquiring the right type of customer.
Responsibilities: ·
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign goals and help implement the digital subscriber acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing director on day-to-day marketing initiatives including: Email marketing Online PPC Facebook advertising Display advertising Mobile marketing
- Execute on eCRM strategy by both developing implementing content including research ·
- Aid in the strategy and development of keyword targeting and display advertising placements ·
- Deliver against KPIs optimizing against customer lifetime value to meet annual forecast and goals – strong focus on analytics and reporting ·
- Contribute to social media strategy and execution ·
- Provide recommendations to reach new members through paid media campaigns ·
- Stay abreast of digital trends, technology and the competitive space
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications: ·
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related field ·
- 1 – 4 years of customer acquisition digital marketing experience in an B2C ecommerce / direct response environment or ad agency working with retail clients ·
- An understanding of mobile media, affiliate marketing, display media, native advertising and the Facebook advertising platform ·
- Some experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on the Google AdWords platform ·
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to assess CPL, CPA and LTV ·
- High attention to detail, excellent creative instincts, and the ability to audit his/her own work for accuracy and quality ·
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics ·
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives ·
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels ·
- Excellent presentation skills as well as proficiency in MS Excel ·
- Curious, can-do attitude with a sense of humor
