Job Description SUMMARY
The National Sales Manager, reporting to the OXO Director of Sales, is responsible for sales and margin growth within the customer account base. Acts as a key point-of-contact within the organization, passing along relevant information to all OXO Departments, outside sales representatives, and retailers. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages sales interface between OXO and customers to meet and exceed planned sales goals and channel growth strategies, while maintaining OXO's fiscal goals.
  • Analyzes retailer business, including stock, sales, merchandising, pricing, margin, product categories, and items. Introduces new items and/or categories and flushes out slow sellers to keep the product mix relevant, current, and growing in existing accounts.
  • Studies retail landscape to determine areas of opportunity and uses this information to introduce new accounts. 
  • Engages in cross-team communication with the Supply Chain, Customer Service, Public Relations, Brand Communications, and Art Departments, as well as, the product teams to ensure products meet retailer needs, timelines, and financial goals. 
  • Manages representative retailer relationships, point-of-sales analysis, communication, dissemination of information to the team, meeting attendance, and preparation.
  •  Prepares and participates in shows, sales meetings, and representative meetings for each account. Follows through with the requested deliverables and information.
  •  Performs other duties as assigned.
 
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related profession/field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Requires 3-5 years in a sales manager role (or similar position).
