Job Description
Founded in 2002, we are a growing specialty coffee roaster and retailer currently operating in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, and Tokyo. We are united by the simple purpose of getting great coffee to everyone who asks for it.
About The Role:
You will be the leader of our roasting and production facilities. You will lead a team passionate about creating transformational experiences for others. Your team will roast the highest quality coffee and prepare it for delivery to our customers on time, every time. You and your team will model our strongly held company values of deliciousness, hospitality, and sustainability. You will directly manage, coach, and lead our roasting and production facility managers. You will partner closely with every department at the company (retail, wholesale, ready-to-drink, digital, quality control, training, finance, purchasing, logistics, and people operations).
In the near term, you will be responsible for setting and meeting aspirational safety, quality, and efficiency goals for each roasting and production facility. In the medium term, you will be responsible for exceeding these goals and raising your aspirations. In the long term, you will be responsible for building a world-class global network of roasting and production facilities that supports and enables the company’s growth and purpose.

You are able to travel frequently to work with your team in other markets.
