Administrative Associate Position Description
Friday Consulting seeks an Administrative Associate to take charge of internal and client related administrative responsibilities, as well as to provide administrative support for the Noe Valley market project. This is a paid hourly position that also offers professional development opportunities, as Friday Consulting is growing. Friday Consulting fosters an atmosphere of open communication and collaborative learning.
The position is 15 to 20 hours per week, depending on needs. The Associate will work primarily remotely, with occasional in person meetings.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client Support
- Project management
- Task management
- Document management
- Scheduling
- Creating agendas
- Contributing to deliverables
- Research
- Contract maintenance
- Managing time tracking system (we use MinuteDock)
- Tracking project budgets
- Planning internal team meetings
- Managing calendars
- Setting up email and managing access to technology platforms (Google Apps, Trello, etc.)
- Managing updates to website
- Other administrative responsibilities as they arise
Qualifications and skills:
- 2 years of work experience in a professional environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Passion for food and social entrepreneurship preferred
