Our mail order department is a very established business that ships our cheese and dry goods around the country. Working closely with our retail stores, this position handles all mail orders via telephone and online as well as all of the product picking, packing and shipping.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious person who is as comfortable speaking with customers as they are with processing orders on a computer as they are with packing boxes. Responsibilities include receiving and processing orders through our website and over the phone, maintaining and ordering shipping supplies, and assisting in other tasks as directed.

To be considered, you must be detail-oriented, extremely reliable, have a fantastic customer service focus, and be able to effectively self-manage your time. Managing boxes and products regularly means that you must also be able to lift over 30 lbs.

Required hours during the holiday season (Thanksgiving - New Years) will include nights and weekends. Our business is fast-paced and is run with high expectations. We expect applicants to have a desire to work with people with diverse backgrounds and to understand the fundamentals of hospitality. This is a full-time position and we are looking for candidates who are willing to make at least a year commitment.

This is a job that functions out of our annex location and is a very independent role that requires a good bit of entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
