Job Description We are a rice farming business that is branching into local, healthy meals.  We are opening a small-town cafe with the goal  to offer healthy, gluten-free meals where meat is a side dish, while veggies and fruits are highlighted.  With time, some veggies will be grown on our farm by us to supply the dishes.  The meals will be Monday thru Friday only.

We are looking for someone that can show up around 7 a.m. and begin preparation of the to-go plate lunches.  Everyday will feature only one meal.  This involves prep, cooking, handing out plates and/or ringing up customers,  and cleaning up for the day.  There will be one other part-time person who will be taking the simple breakfast shift, then will be available to assist until noon.

Need to be highly organized and dependable.  This job is paid by the hour, but you can expect a 7-8 hour day.  We have a daily menu with recipes already planned, but if you have ample culinary experience, we will welcome input.
