This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate, driven and focused on excellent execution. The ideal candidate comes with at least 1 year meat cutting experience in a retail or wholesale environment. This is a daytime position in a brand new, light-filled kitchen. Who we are:
Opened in 2008 by Andrew Tarlow, Marlow & Daughters is a grass-fed butcher shop and grocery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We opened the shop to supply the meat program for our other establishments, which include Diner, Marlow & Sons, Roman's, Achilles Heel, and Reynard and to provide the same quality meat for guests and neighbors to bring into their homes. We specialize in grass-fed beef, house-made charcuterie, and cheeses as well as fresh produce and specialty foods. We offer our own She Wolf Bread. Like the restaurants, we’re committed to sourcing seasonally, locally and organically, to creating truly unique and lasting partnerships with our farmers and producers, to honoring their work by using every part of the animal, and to serving outstanding food that highlights these connections and high quality ingredients.
