JOB DUTIES
- Manage and create content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Manage the company's public relations efforts, including publishing press releases, managing public relations campaigns, and interacting with media outlets
- Create, maintain, and refresh print and e-marketing collateral, including product brochures, trade show brochures and exhibits, direct marketing pieces, constant contact newsletters, and website content
- Create and manage SEO strategy, both on-page and off-page
- Coordinates use of company logos
- Create and run events, both in-store and off-site functions
- Keep company marketing calendar
- Develop and execute campaigns to target and deliver specific marketing/communication materials to targeted market segments such as tourism/hospitality, corporate, and wholesale segments
- Develop and implement new programs including a corporate gift giving program for B2B clients and a loyalty rewards program for retail customers
- Develop metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marking programs
- Develop and integrate merchandising plans for monthly featured items in stores in connection with online specials
- Respond to all general info requests such as website contact forms, donation requests, and wholesale inquires, etc.
- Hire and train staff as needed
- Work in retail stores as needed

- Idea and goal driven leader
- Upbeat, enthusiastic 'people person' with a passion for artisan products
- Able to distill large concepts - the chocolate making process for example -and communicate about them in a compelling, engaging, and delicious way
- Professional marketing/sales experience or college degree in marketing and/or business
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a must!!!
- Understands ROI and gorilla marketing
- Proficient in using Apple computers (we are an Apple company)
- Proficient in using Adobe products (ai, indd, psd, pdf)
