Job Description The Basics: Assist in any department within our warehouse that needs assistance. You will learn the basics of all of our departments. Blending, Sachet/Teabag production and packaging, mail order shipping, wholesale shipping, international order preparation, as well as retail and wholesale sales.  

Experience Required:

• Basic computer skills
• Past production experience of at least 1 year preferred
• Any knowledge of or genuine interest in tea is a big plus

  Necessary: 

• Must be friendly, energetic, optimistic, able to receive feedback with a positive attitude, be pro-active and take initiative to solve problems, excellent communication skills, and follow-through. 

• Must be tidy, efficient, organized and able to represent the company professionally.
