Job Description Twig Farm is a small goat farm and creamery located in Cornwall Vermont.  Our cheese is known and appreciated at many of the nations top restaurants and markets.  We have been making cheese by hand with milk from our own goats, as well as cow's milk purchased from a nearby farm since 2005.

We are seeking a candidate interested in the whole of the cheesemaking process- from the production of high quality milk to a cheese properly ripened in our cellar.  Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily milking of goats and associated chores
• Assisting with pasture management
• Cellar Work/ Affinage
• Creamery Cleaning
• Assisting with Cheesemaking
