Job Description The Catskill Mill Food Truck is a seasonal food business that serves locally sourced, globally inspired cuisine. Located in the Village of Catskill, we offer outdoor creekside dining and serve farm fresh food with Southeast Asia and Latin American influences. We offer lunch, Wednesday through Friday, with outdoor dining along the creek. On the weekends, we cater events at the Mill and private parties in the area. 

Position: Counter Server and Kitchen Assistant
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part time Counter Server and Kitchen Assistant. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for guests: greeting customers, taking and filling orders, and maintaining an aesthetically appealing and upbeat vibe. Additionally, you will assist the kitchen team with setup, breakdown and occasional prepping for service and events.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and breakdown of service and dining area
• Welcome guests
• Take and fulfill orders
• Make drinks
• Handle cash
• Assist kitchen team 

Required Skills / Experience:

• Restaurant experience or hospitality schooling preferred
• Working knowledge of kitchens and food service
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work some weekends

Compensation:

• Competitive industry pay
• Hourly plus tip share
