Organic Grower/Shipper in San Juan Bautista seeks professional individuals for ‘full charge bookkeeper’/accountant position.

Responsibilities:
Grower Accounting
Payroll
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Cash Receipts
Monthly closing duties, reconciliation of accounts
Bank Reconciliation, G/L Maintenance and other related functions
MS Office skills, hardware/software support
HR, Employee Benefits, Work Comp
Job Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
AA or higher in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience in agriculture related field
Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities
Detail oriented, accurate, organized
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
