Job Description THE COMPANY

THE POSITION
We’re looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our dedicated, food-loving team.   This position will be on the front lines of office reception, incoming calls and customer queries, and will interact regularly with all office departments and staff.  He or she will handle many office support tasks including shipping and receiving, supply maintenance and general troubleshooting for the team.  Our ideal candidate is responsible and conscientious, enjoys helping others, has a “can-do” attitude, a calm demeanor and can handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer and direct phone calls and messages
  • Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding our full line of Fra' Mani products
  • Update and manage an assortment of office records and files, both manually and in Microsoft 
    office (Google Drive, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Provide basic computer/tech troubleshooting and support
  • Handle all office mail, faxes, shipments and deliveries, and visitors
  • Maintain office supply inventories and place orders as needed
  • Provide general office and sales support as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Effective written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Willingness to respond to changing demands
• Ability to juggle a variety of projects simultaneously
• Interest in contributing to a team passionate about food, ingredients and sustainability
