Job Description IMMEDIATE OPENING:  Live-in farmworker position on small family farm on the north shore of Kaua'i, Hawai'i.  Job requires versatility and enthusiasm for crop production, animal care, food processing, and the associated clean-up, janitorial, and dish-washing required in a commercial kitchen setting.  There is plenty of field work involved including planting, bed preparation, weeding, and harvesting.  We have a CSA and also participate in four weekly farmers' markets.  We milk goats twice a day, 365 days per year and milking is part of this job.  There are two days a week when the job entails about four hours of baker's assistant/dishwashing.  This job is alternated between the entire staff, but if you are not up for dish-washing do not apply.

We are commercial grade and require appropriate attire for all jobs.  Housing is furnished with a work-trade to cover the utilities, space, and certified organic produce from our gardens/orchards for your personal consumption. Starting pay is $10.00 per hour with increases based on time and acquisition of skills and responsibilities.
