We are looking to hire a seasoned General Manager. This position is ideal for someone with several years of fine dining, wine, and management experience, looking to embark on a new chapter of their career.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Hire and train staff to follow set standards of service
- Review employee performance
- Manage product and labor costs
- Handle inventory, scheduling, ordering, light HR, invoice entering, daily menu updates
- Manage reservations
- Develop positive relationships with guests and create goodwill within the neighborhood
- Develop and grow special event calendar and sales
- Spearhead social media and PR initiatives
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of comparable GM experience in a fine dining environment
- Previous restaurant opening experience recommended
- Extensive knowledge of European wines
- Mac and social media savvy
- Familiarity with iPad based POS systems
- InDesign knowledge a plus
