WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades operator to manage and develop relationships with our Vendors: You’re an experienced communicator with a mind for navigating partnerships.

WHAT’S THE JOB, REALLY?

• Build partnership and community with the entire platform of Chewse Vendors
• Steer our new Vendors through training and onboarding, and monitor their progress through the first 30 days on our platform
• Operate ongoing training to ensure Vendor success
• Be hands on with inbound communication from our Vendors – find solutions in the moment, and find answers that serve us long-term
• Interface with other Chewse teams to build and complete special projects

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

• 1 to 100 years experience in account management, operations, or community management
• Scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude
• Great phone and in-person presence
• Past startup experience nice but not required
• Humble confidence, and hunger for learning strictly required
• Love of food, a belief in the Chewse mission, and hands-on understanding of the restaurant business
