- Responsible for: Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 – 5 years of marketing or project management experience
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker
- Excellent project management skills required
- Experience with coordinating both print and online marketing projects
- Experience working with multimedia (photography, video) a plus
- Experience with various social media platforms a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & project management software. Thorough knowledge of Excel required.
- Ability to evaluate ROI (return on investment) using various analytic techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; move between short and long-term projects while maintaining focus.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with or interest in working for a cooperative organization preferred
(Approx. 90 – 100%)
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects including print materials and print mailings, web pages, e-mails, social media and advertising as assigned. Work includes:
- Coordination of projects related to online and print marketing, such as web pages, campaigns, catalogs and print mailings.
- Coordination of product packaging and project support materials design within Community Sales.
- Coordination of Community Sales photography assets
- Work with Community Sales and Creative Services staff as needed to obtain existing content required to complete projects.
- Serve as principle Community Sales liaison with Creative Services; collaborate with Community Sales and Creative Services teams to implement projects
- Collaborate with others to create marketing campaigns and analyze their success.
- Coordination of ads and ad buying as needed
- Create and manage internal Community Sales marketing materials “library”
- Monitor budget related to marketing projects as assigned
- Other job-related responsibilities and projects as needed
- Participate in staff, team, department, and educational (Exchange Time) meetings.
- Understand our producer partners, trading policies, and the Fair Trade movement.
- Understand and participate effectively in our worker cooperative model.
