Regional Sales Representative
Mishima Reserve is looking for a full time Regional Sales rep who has a passion for foods free of artificial ingredients and a love of luxury meats. This position will be based in Seattle and will assist with sales across the nation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within assigned existing customer base
- Develop New Customers in targeted regions and targeted industry segment as directed
- Bring new opportunities to Mishima Reserve
- Contribute significantly to Mishima Reserve sales levels, growth rates, and utilization rate goals
- Promote Mishima Reserve products as needed. Including traveling to visit existing and potential customers, or to attend food shows and industry functions
- Communicate with customers in a timely, upfront, and professional manner.
- Represent Mishima Reserve in a professional light at all times
- Communicate customer orders accurately and timely
- Help to enforce company policy as it pertains to order lead times, minimums, etc
- Assist as needed with delinquent AR follow up and collections
- It is expected that this job will require up 30% -50% travel
- 5+ years in meat sales and customer development
- Be self-motivated, highly organized and outgoing with a strong customer service background
- Be dynamic with customers with excellent communication skills
- Be located in the greater Seattle area or willing to relocate
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability to travel out of state
- Experience in brand development a plus
- Culinary training preferred but not required
This is a non-commission Sales position.
