CUSTOMER SUPPORT & WELLNESS COACH

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE
  • Schedule daily shifts to cover phone and email support
  • Communicate with individuals all around the world about their wellness journey
  • Learn about Clean products and protocols
  • Learn new technologies involved in placing orders and answering customer questions
  • Help our operations team create an amazing customer experience
  • Help create community online
  • Opportunity for role to evolve into leadership position for Customer Support Team
WELLNESS COACH ROLE:
  • Will be trained in Clean Wellness Coaching
  • Schedule appointments to speak with our customers about their wellness questions and concerns
  • Provide insights and learnings gained through customer calls for how Clean can continue to improve
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Has 3 - 5 years work experience
  • Has at least 1 - 2 years experience in customer relations and/or sales
  • Is passionate about wellness and helping others achieve their health and lifestyle goals
  • Has a friendly and pleasant phone demeanor
  • Is open-minded, motivated, positive, and flexible to evolving roles and responsibilities
This is a full-time position at our growing SoHo office in NYC.
