Job Description Opening in Fall 2015, Branch Line will be a rotisserie focused restaurant in Watertown, MA. Branch Line is the creation of Andrew Holden, partner, and Garrett Harker, restaurateur, both of Eastern Standard in Kenmore Square. The Branch Line team is hiring a restaurant manager to lead the wine program and impact restaurant operations, floor management and education. The right individual is passionate about wine and eager to teach others. This position requires precise organization and knowledge of wine growing regions, particularly focused on old world producers. This is a service focused role, with great opportunity for collaboration. We appreciate candidate with a strong sense of teamwork, communication and professionalism.
