About The Farm: Timpson Creek Farm is located in the heart of the historic Holifield Branch of Timpson Creek between Lake Burton and Clayton, Georgia. The farm is in the heart of Rabun County which has named itself “The farm-to-table capital of Georgia”, and there are several exciting marketing opportunities in this area, including working directly with a talented and dedicated chef that is integrated in the project.

The farm is nestled in a beautiful mountain valley conveniently located a few minutes away from Clayton, Georgia. Production will begin with 4- 1/4 plots currently planted in cover crop, and a Pick-Your-Own Blueberry and Blackberry operation that will be established in early 2016. Plans are to expand annual vegetable production to 4 acres and several high tunnels over the next 5 years.

Timpson Creek Farm is committed to incorporating biodynamic and organic principles to create a diversified, balanced farm ecosystem that generates health and fertility to benefit farmer, customer, and the land itself. The farm will run on solid business fundamentals and will seek to operate as a financially successful model of sustainable agriculture.
