We are currently seeking:
Sous / Cook: A passion for rustic elegant food, amazing ingredients in simple preparations.
This is a great opportunity for a hardworking creative individual.
Ideally you have fine dining experience, but are drawn to more rustic and casual food, prepared with the same love, and attention to detail, but in a simpler more rustic fashion.
Initially the job will be to work side by side with our chef / owner, learning what we do, and how, but ultimately the goal is to turn over much of the day to day kitchen. We are at a point where we want to focus on menu and recipe development, event planning etc. and we are looking for new energy to take on the day to day Chef de Cuisine / Sous responsibilities, bringing new ideas to the menu, consistent with our rustic themes.
We are looking for someone to catch the ball and run with it!

While we are pleased to offer a civilized 4-5 day work week, the right candidates understands that long hours are often part of the deal, and that when we have special events etc. we all work, long and hard, then we make up for it later, when there aren't any special events going on!
