(link: https://www.oxo.com/our-team) SUMMARY   Reporting to the Brand Communications Manager, the Assistant Brand Communications Manager manages content development and curation for OXO – including managing our blogger program, partnerships/sponsorships and our consumer-facing content hubs – to deepen consumer understanding of and experience with the brand as well as drive awareness. Work closely with Senior Brand Communications Manager and Brand Communications Manager on execution and optimization of content strategy.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Partner with Brand Communications Senior Manager and Brand Communications Manager on executing and optimizing content strategy by:
    • Managing content development and curation for OXO’s consumer-facing content hubs, including ownership of internal and external content development. 
    • Managing a comprehensive blogger outreach program, which includes building and maintaining a productive and collaborative relationship with our blogger network and facilitating digital word-of-mouth by sourcing content that supports key product initiatives. 
    • Validating incoming and proactively seek partnership and sponsorship opportunities that will extend the reach of the OXO brand and build our credibility in key spaces; manage logistics of executing on these opportunities. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field.  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  1-4 years of experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES  Skills  Solid understanding of the following areas:  advertising, promotions, public relations, social media, and web.   Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills.  Exceptional attention to detail.  Able to keep on top of new media trends and technology.  Exceptional interpersonal skills.  Ability to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously.  Able to positively, professionally, and accurately represent the OXO brand publicly, i.e., at blogger conferences and panel  discussions.
