Ice Cream Jubilee is excited to hire a Lead Ice Cream Maker/ Assistant Production Manager to learn our ice cream making process and manage all kitchen processes. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is highly driven to succeed at each and every task who loves creating unique, beautiful desserts. The Lead Ice Cream Maker will create hundreds of gallons of ice cream each week; therefore preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in high volume production kitchens. The Lead Ice Cream Maker will be promoted to Assistant Production Manager upon mastering our kitchen processes and demonstrating excellent management abilities.

The Lead Ice Cream Maker will also assist with the day-to-day leadership and management responsibilities of the kitchen and staff. So no drama!

Candidate requirements:
- 1+ years experience in pastry production / small-batch ice cream production
- Supervisory experience, excellent management and communication skills
- Open availability (weekends, holidays, evenings)
- Candidates with previous experience in high volume production kitchens and/or culinary degree preferred

Essential functions:
- Learn and apply Ice Cream Jubilee techniques to prepare consistently delicious ice cream and baked goods
- Effectively manage production and packaging of all goods
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Prepare and order supplies as needed
- Research and develop new and unique recipes, applying a passion for food trends and designs with a high creative culinary imagination
