We’re a non-profit, so we probably can’t pay you as much as all your great skills might command in the private sector. (If money’s your main motivator, Oldways probably isn’t the right fit for you.) On the other hand, our workplace is much more caring and flexible than your typical corporation, and you’ll be working with a team that’s passionate about changing the food scene for the better, across the US and around the world!

This position is full-time. Our offices in Boston’s Back Bay are informal.  We don't wear ties or heels, and there's a company dog. Yet the atmosphere is intense and totally professional; each staff member is expected to take full responsibility for his or her projects. And, like every member of the Oldways team, you’ll also have the chance to be involved in other parts of our business, such as writing for the Oldways blog, helping with conferences, and more. Prove yourself up to the task, and you’ll be rewarded with new avenues for growth. Compensation this position is : salaried Application instructions
