Company description Westwind Orchard is one of the region’s only certified organic orchards with a strong focus on holistic farming practices. We grow apples, pears, tomatoes, squash, raspberries, as well as produce our own honey, maple syrup, eggs, pizza, and hard cider. We also serve Neapolitan style pizza from our wood-fired oven on the weekends from August - October. We serve pizza every weekend in the summer/fall. We are looking for an pizza chef / pizzaiolo for 2016 season.

Three days a week, every Friday (half day), Saturday and Sunday from August 5th to October 30th.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience working with wood-fired ovens, Neapolitan/Roman pizza dough preparation and oven operations. Experience is not required, though. We would be happy ot teach you. 

There might be opportunity for lodging, if needed.
