Like so many of the best ideas, it could easily have been pushed aside to make way for those projects that required much less time and energy. There were two reasons that it came to fruition, and their names are <a href=\"http:\/\/edibleroadtrip.com\/who-are-we\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lindsay and Dana<\/a>. The ladies of <a href=\"http:\/\/edibleroadtrip.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Feast: An Edible Road Trip<\/a> were embarking on an incredible journey to discover and document Canadian food culture, and it just so happened that they were bringing a camera.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>You might be thinking to yourself that James looks awfully familiar, and it&#8217;s true that we shared his story on the video section of Good Food Jobs more than a year ago. Forgive us for recycling! Our video content is a work in progress, and we wanted to give James a new home here on the blog, where we hope you&#8217;ll find his story more inspiring than ever, as we do.
